If you place your order before 3pm, Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock, we'll despatch the same day . If you order after 3pm, we'll still try to despatch that day but, if we can't, we'll despatch the following day. Items ordered after 2pm Friday or over a weekend will usually be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are normally delivered Saturday morning, however in some cases it will arrive on Monday. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

If we have run out of stock and can't despatch your order the next working day, we'll email or phone you with a revised despatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order, as you wish.

Orders for delivery in the UK are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and incur a flat rate shipping cost of £7.77 per item. Maximum cost of £25.

Orders for delivery abroad are shipped with UPS and usually priced a flat rate shipping cost of between £40.00 and £65.00, all items are fully insured and will be sent express delivery. We will contact you to confirm the shipping price before we charge your card.
