The Power Box (an additional plug-in diesel tunit box) suited to these kinds of non petrol type vehicles have 5 different principles of operation as follows, each principle then has a number of modules for the varying car types and particular injection system.

- CR series PSI Powerbox that is for use with vehicles using a high-pressure fuel rail and hydraulic/solenoid fuel injectors. The power increase is achieved by dynamically re-mapping (digitally, in real-time) the duration of the hydraulic injector opening times to the ECU input parameters to give optimum fuelling.
- IP series PSI Powerbox that is for use with vehicles using electro-hydraulic fuel injectors fed under high rail pressure. The power increase is achieved by dynamically re-mapping digitally, in real-time) the duration of the hydraulic injector opening times to the ECU input parameters to give optimum fuelling.
- PB series PSI Powerbox that is for use with vehicles with the Bosch VP37 fuel pump and selected Lucas models. The increase in performance is achieved by dynamically re-mapping (digitally, in real-time) the parameters of the ECU input signals to provide extra fuel flow where it is most needed in the rev range give optimum fuelling.
- VP series PSI Powerbox that is for use with vehicles using the Bosch VP44 piston distributor fuel pump. The power increase is achieved by dynamically re-mapping (digitally, in real-time) the can-bus digital data between the fuel pump and ECU to provide extra fuelling to the engine at the most necessary points give optimum fuelling.
- ND series PSI Powerbox that is for use with vehicles using the Nippon-Denso type Japanese fuel pump. The power increase is achieved by dynamically re-mapping (digitally, in real-time the can-bus digital data between the fuel pump and ECU to provide extra fuelling to the engine at the most necessary points to give optimum fuelling.

The BHP and torque increases can be seen in the Technical specification table in each of the product information pages, the stated minimum BHP increase is always guaranteed however you can expect an additional up to 8 BHP on top of the guaranteed figure, this is because each engines power potential varies (this is why we guarantee the minimum). There are also 2 additional settings, which allow for an extra 7 BHP, and 1 extra setting to power down. The torque increase quoted, again minimum, will drastically improve throttle response, pulling power and acceleration (sprinting performance) and can make significant fuel savings possible (increased MPG) because the added torque allows you to hold higher gears at lower speeds and change up through the gears more quickly thus burning less diesel. The Power Box is compact in size through Storage Module Device (SMD) technology,shock resistant and protected against water entry. This Power Box will fit your car using original manufacturers plugs. They plug in very quickly (usually within 20 minutes), you simply open the existing plugs and fit your Power Box in between. There is no intervention with the ECU; full colour instructions are supplied with each and every box, we also have a dedicated technical team just in case you need support. There are no adjustments necessary as each Power Box has 4 individually tailored fuel maps for your specific make and model of car and uses the modern Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) processing architecture for real-time data processing.

The box is traceless once removed and so will not interfer with your warranty.
